At Jayati Goenka, we believe in thoughtful consumption and mindful living. Every garment we create carries the story of traditional craftsmanship and conscious design. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to support you.

Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible garments within 10 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at jayati.goenka@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a return pickup from your delivery address.

Exchange Option

If your size doesn’t fit or you'd like to try a different piece, we offer easy exchanges depending on stock availability. Our team will guide you through selecting an alternate product or size.

Refunds

You may choose:

  • Store Credit (valid for 6 months)

  • Or a refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Customised or made-to-measure garments

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Products purchased at exhibitions or international pop-ups
