At Jayati Goenka, each handcrafted piece is created with care, intention, and a deep respect for Indian textile traditions. Our garments are made using handwoven fabrics and natural dyes, making each item unique. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or color are not defects—they’re a mark of the artisan’s touch and the beauty of handmade creations.

🌿 Packaging & Delivery Issues

We ensure that all orders are packed with utmost care in eco-friendly cotton bags. We encourage you to reuse these biodegradable bags as part of our shared commitment to sustainability.

If your package is damaged, tampered with, or appears to be opened before reaching you:

Do not accept the delivery.

We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost, provided the original packaging and product tags remain intact.

🔄 Return Process

To return a product:

Fill out the Return Form included in your parcel.
Ensure the item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging.
Contact our customer care to schedule a pickup.

Please note:

Returns will not be accepted if the garment is used, damaged, or missing tags.
Items bought from other retailers or stockists cannot be returned through us.

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for quality, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

If the garment doesn’t meet the return criteria, it will be sent back to you without a refund.

Absolutely. You may combine returns from different orders in one parcel. Please inform us at orders@jghandwork.com so we can note your request.

We understand that perfect fit matters. We offer alterations to customize your garments. Contact our team with your measurements or required adjustments.

🎁 Returning a Gift?

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for gifted items.

👗 Custom-Made Pieces

Custom-made garments are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange as they are tailored specifically for you.

🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour within 10 days of delivery.

While filling the return form, select “Exchange” and mention your desired replacement.
Once your return is received, we will dispatch the new item.
We allow one exchange per order.
Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

🧵 Repairs

Your Jayati Goenka garment is made to last. If your piece needs minor repairs due to wear and tear, please contact our team. We’ll do our best to help you restore it.
