Fit & Sizing

Qns. Do you have a women's size chart I can refer to?
Ans. Yes, you’ll find our detailed size chart on every product page. If you’re unsure about your size, reach out to our team—we’ll be happy to guide you. And yes, exchanges are available if something doesn’t fit quite right.

Qns. What is meant by an oversized fit?
Ans. Oversized silhouettes are designed for comfort, ease, and movement. They are intentionally relaxed to allow fluidity and versatility in styling.

Qns. Do you offer maternity options?
Ans. We do not have a dedicated maternity collection, but most of our pieces are cut for comfort and work well through different stages of life. Reach out to us for styling support.

Qns. Do you provide plus sizes?
Ans. Absolutely. Our garments are crafted from XS to 3XL, and we’re happy to assist with size or fit customizations where possible.

Customization

Qns. Can I customize a garment?
Ans. Yes, customization is a part of our bespoke service. Once you share your preferences, our design team will coordinate with you to select suitable fabrics and silhouettes.

Qns. A product I love is out of stock. Can I still order it?
Ans.In most cases, yes. If the design is archived or temporarily unavailable, we may be able to recreate it in similar fabric or a variation from our collection.

Qns. Where can I add custom notes while ordering?
Ans. During checkout, you’ll see a “notes” section. You can include custom requests, size preferences, or any special instructions there.

Secure Payments

Qns. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Ans. Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways that follow international encryption standards. For every transaction, CVV verification and 3D secure authentication is mandatory.

Qns. What payment methods do you accept?
Ans. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in selected regions.

Qns. How do I apply a discount code?
Ans. On the cart page, you'll find an option to enter your promo code. Once added, the discount will be applied instantly.

Qns. Do you offer promotional sales or seasonal discounts?
Ans. Yes, we do announce exclusive offers and seasonal collections. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Qns. Are gift cards available?
Ans. Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates through our email list.

Shipping & Delivery

Qns. Which countries do you deliver to?
Ans. We ship globally from our design studio in Jaipur, India.

Qns. Which courier partners do you work with?
Ans. Our logistics partners include FedEx, Delhivery, and Bluedart. For remote Indian locations, we rely on India Post.

Qns. Can I choose a preferred delivery date?
Ans. Yes, write to us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll try to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Qns. How long does shipping take?
Ans. Typically, orders are dispatched within 7–8 working days and delivered in 10–15 business days.

Qns. Can I track my order?
Ans. Yes, once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking ID. You can follow the status directly on the courier’s website.

Qns. Can I update my address after placing an order?
Ans. Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email our team within 24 hours of placing the order for any modifications.

Qns. Are duties and taxes included in international orders?
Ans. No. Any customs duties or import charges applicable in your country must be paid by the recipient.

Qns. Do you insure lost or stolen packages?
Ans. Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Qns. How do I return or exchange a product?
Ans. You may return or exchange items that meet our return policy conditions. Once we receive the product, you can opt for a refund or store credit. For detailed terms, please read our Returns Policy.

Qns. Do you arrange pickups for returns?
Ans. Yes, within India. Kindly contact our customer care for scheduling a pickup.

Qns. How long does it take to process a return?
Ans. Please allow 10–14 working days for the return to reach us and for the refund/store credit to be processed.

Qns. How do I return something bought at a store or exhibition?
Ans. Store purchases must be returned at the same store within that region. Exhibition items are returnable only during the exhibition period. Refer to your purchase receipt for exact terms.

Qns. What is the quality like?
Ans. We work with skilled Indian artisans to create timeless, handcrafted pieces using premium natural fibers. Every garment is finished with care, ensuring durability and elegance.

Qns. What type of fabrics do you use?
Ans. We use handwoven, organic, and naturally dyed fabrics. Variations in weave, texture, or dye are characteristics of handmade products and reflect their uniqueness.

Qns. Why are Jayati Goenka pieces priced higher?
Ans. Each piece reflects our commitment to sustainability, fair wages, and meticulous craftsmanship. Ethical sourcing and slow production do have their costs—but it’s what makes your piece truly special.

Qns. Where are your garments made?
Ans. All garments are proudly handcrafted in our Jaipur studio, and our textiles are sourced from various artisan clusters across India.

Qns. Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
Ans. We aim for accuracy, but screen brightness and lighting may cause minor variations in color.

Qns. What does ‘handwoven’ mean?
Ans. Handwoven textiles are made using traditional looms without electricity. It is a conscious choice that supports heritage and minimizes environmental impact.

Qns. Do you use natural dyes?
Ans. Yes, whenever possible. Our colors are extracted from plants, bark, roots, and flowers—earth-friendly and gentle on the skin.

Qns. What does sustainability mean to Jayati Goenka?

Qns. What are Azo-Free dyes?
Ans. Azo-Free dyes exclude harmful chemicals often used in mass production. We avoid these to ensure safety for both skin and the planet.

Qns. What is minimal fashion?
Ans.  Minimal fashion emphasizes longevity, functionality, and simplicity—classic designs made to transcend trends.

Product Care

Qns. How should I care for my Jayati Goenka garment?
