From East Asia to Europe, the Middle East, and North America, our partners return season after season to source our handwoven and naturally dyed collections for their curated spaces.
We are a conscious clothing label based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, with a dedicated design and production studio and a support office in New Jersey, USA. Our core team consists of 25 artisans and professionals committed to creating ethical, comfortable, and minimalist designs rooted in Indian textile heritage.
What Defines a Wholesale Order?
Any order consisting of 30 pieces or more is treated as a wholesale/bulk order.

Order Customization
We customize all wholesale orders. You can request:

Specific sizing or measurements.

Alternate fabric selections.

Small customizations (e.g. neckline or sleeve adjustments) as per the client’s market preferences.
Order Process

Once your order details are confirmed, a proforma invoice will be shared.

Production begins after receipt of an advance payment.

After production, we request the final balance, followed by dispatch.

Shipping is done via trusted global logistics partners (such as FedEx).

How long does production take?
Depending on your order size, turnaround time is 4 to 8 weeks.
Can I place a domestic wholesale order in India?
Yes, we welcome both domestic and international bulk orders.
Can I order samples?
Yes, sample garments and fabric swatches are available at a nominal cost.
Can I visit the studio?
Absolutely. We'd love to host you. Please schedule a visit at orders@jayatigoenka.com.
Can we provide our own designs?
We accept custom manufacturing collaborations based on feasibility and alignment with our design ethics.
Is embroidery or hand detailing available?
Yes, on request. We offer hand-finishing, embroidery, and artisanal dyeing as add-on services.
Can I order items that are currently sold out?
Yes, many of our archive pieces can be reproduced as part of your bulk order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all wholesale orders are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping & Delivery
How are orders shipped?
All international deliveries are handled via FedEx or similar reliable couriers. Delivery takes approx. 7–10 days after dispatch.
Need urgent delivery?
Priority shipping is available at additional cost.
Have your own courier account?
Yes, you can use your own shipping account if preferred.
Want to pick up your order?
You're welcome to collect from our Ahmedabad studio. Please make a prior appointment.
Payment & Taxes
What payment methods are accepted?
All wholesale orders must be paid via bank transfer.
Are there any hidden charges or payment fees?
No, we do not levy extra processing charges on bulk order payments.
Is tax applicable?

Do you offer discounts?
